CUSTOM PRINTING
If you have an event or Company shirt you would like us to design and print I will go over what needs to be done to get started. Below I will show how we go about a custom job.
If you are already familiar with the process this is what I need to know.
Shirt color, Budget, amount of shirts and any ideas you would like on the Design. If it is a car show and you have a picture of a car you want us to use, send it along with all the words and dates you need on the design. You can mix short sleeves, long sleeves, Hoodies all in the same print run and you don’t need to order in dozens. If you check out our Custom Art Portfolio you will see some of our work and all have an art value to give you an idea of art cost. Please allow four weeks for high end custom art.
SAMPLE OF OUR ART PROCESS
This example is a high end black line drawing from a very talented artist. He creates this by hand with a pinstripe brush on an art board. We scan it, and then add the text or all the words and dates the customer wants. Knowing the shirt color we are printing on we then color the design in. It goes to customer approval, we do the color separations, print film, make the screens and set up and Print. Outside of art most of the money you pay for custom printed shirts is in the screens, set up & clean up.
